"We stayed in a triple room that had a large bathroom. The room was impeccably clean and the staff took great care to get to know our needs in the short time we were there. The concierge was immensely helpful in suggesting a sightseeing itinerary, arranging airport transfers, arranging a private driver, and helping us find what we needed. The hotel is on a quiet side street, and we quickly learned that alleys in Hue are often nicer than the main streets, with small restaurants, cafes, and shops...

The location by the river was lovely and we really liked the small boutique feel of the place with it only having roughly 10 rooms. The breakfast was great, made to order and you could have as much as you’d like. We would definitely recommend staying here. "

"The hotel is 5 star, don't get me wrong. The staff, service and the property are superb. The only thing is... it is located in an area where there's nothing around. If you look for some action or even an 8pm pho bo then look elsewhere."

"Lovely and very helpful staff, very nice and extensive breakfast. Nice jacuzzi in the spa although hours for general guests were limited. The noise from the hallways was a bit loud in the rooms during the day but overall this was a great place to stay. "
