"Valet parking is available. I received a bottle of wine as a gift, wow! The room is spacious but dark, there is no window to the outdoors. The window overlooks a closed-in courtyard that looks as it serves as events (weddings?) venue. "

"Breakfast items were tasty and fresh but something besides sweets would have been nice, such as yogurt, eggs, and nuts. Our room was small but has a bench, desk, full mirror. The bed was comfy but very squeaky. The staff was friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out. Parking was $50 a night which was nuts. Plenty of garages in the area that would allow you to park for a fraction of that. Excellent location. Quiet and safe with tons of shops and cafes in walking distance. "

"All restaurants onsite were not open! We had to order from a restaurant nearby but it really was not set up properly for room service. We had to go there to order and pickup and they were not really sure of the process for hotel guests so we just paid with a separate CC. Breakfast was essentially not available and we had to go to town to pickup breakfast as well. The heat in our room did not work for the first day and night! The hotel knew they had a situation going on but did not say anything to us in advance and the hotel was sold-out.At first they suggested a space heater but then another supervisor came on duty and told us those were not premitted - and we could understand why. It was fixed by our second night. We were told we would get a credit toward the first night but we did not?"

"The house was great - clean, well decorated, comfortable beds. The location is perfect being right downtown. Having a parking spot was a plus. Tge property owner was easy to reach, welcoming and helpful. "

"The kitchen was very well stocked, lots to see and do in walkable distance, fun game collection for evenings, comfortable beds, great size for our family of 4. We had questions about parking. Also, my son left his wallet on checkout day and the owner was very helpful in both instances, taking care of us quickly. We will return!"
