Gran Melia Iguazú

"This hotel is amazing. It has everything you need. This hotel is located in the National Park perfect for relaxing. the view iguazu falls vi are tremendous. The rooms are very clean, the food is delicious, the Staff are very friendly and helpful specially; Oscar, Alberto, Hector, Jorge, Juan, Milagros, Janina, Gabriela, Natalia(spa) Matias (pool) Lourdes, Luciano, Yenifer (bar) and Magdalena. Everybody are very nice. I recommend it 100%."

"The property is very nice, located practically in the jungle. The breakfast is varied and abundant and staff is very kind and helpful. Property is well kept but it needs updating a bit."

Falls Iguazú Hotel & Spa

"The hotel is set in the most beautiful grounds and our welcome was warm. It was great to have breakfast and dinner included in the price; the buffet style food was of a good quality, although only just warm but there was plenty of choice. The staff were attentive and it was lovely to have a linen table cloth and napkin at dinner. We were disappointed with the BBQ that we paid extra for on the second night. The meat was dry, probably reheated from the previous service; however, when we pointed this out to the waiter he was quick to replace it with freshly cooked meat, which was delicious. The hotel very kindly allowed a late check-out and arranged for a taxi to the airport. The bedroom was fine, with a jacuzzi bath, robes and flip flops for the spa (which we didn't use). The only disappointing thing was the absence of tea/coffee facilities in the room."

"Room was clean, staff helpful, food terrible. Hotel is showing its age but was clean and pleasant. Having to go to the pool snack bar for food and drink not ideal, and the food was awful."
