"**Long review ahead** We went to check in at our check in time (3:00), and could not check in due to them cleaning our room. We were told to come back in 30 minutes and it would be ready to go (completely understandable). We came back in 30 minutes checked in, went up to our room and see it not cleaned and the housekeeping was JUST STARTING TO CLEAN OUR ROOM. When I went to go down for a different room, they told me to wait since they would be done soon. we waited 45 EXTRA MINUTES upon already being told to come back. The manager Brittany was very understanding and easy to work with, however the other staff needs to be accountable. THIS WAS/IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL! Upon getting to our room and getting ready for the night, we walked into the bathroom to find the toilet was leaking and flooding the bathroom. Maintenance was quick to come fix it. "
