"The staff especially Nicky was amazing.. they have an app that allows you so much access to the resort ( dining in room, pick up, house keeping , etc) if I could give a 10⭐️ I would but it’s definitely 10/10!!!!!!!"

"At night time, the swimming pool and walk ways were lit up with small flashing specks of light. Very fantasy like especially when swimming in the swimming pool at night. Did not see any kids so it was peaceful and staff very friendly. Only disappointment was we did not get free upgrade with the VIP access. Hotel also provides free shuttle to and from Kata Beach every hour in the day time."

"We enjoyed the laid back vibes of this hotel. It was very “bach” like with lots of quirks like odd positioned plugs, strange shower layout that are not what we expected in a “newly renovated room”. However if you are a family travelling this resort would have everything you need. For us as a couple we found it difficult to relax with children diving and splashing in most of the pools so I would suggest elsewhere for couples. Breakfast was a let down unfortunately not to our taste but again would...
