There were horrible smells in the corridors on every floor we visited. Some were cooking smells from other rooms, but there were also drainage smells and other unidentifiable foisty smells.

A handy location, easy to drive in and out of. Nice to have more space than the usual hotel scenario. Found the garage parking challenging with new hire car that we were unfamiliar with! Staff efficient and pleasant. Subway next door permeated foyer entrance but OK once on apartment level. Well stocked bathroom including iron and good quality hairdryer. Our 2nd bedroom had no window and good views were lacking not that this was a problem for us on a full itinerary. Very convenient for Convention Centre, Train station, Art Gallery, Mall, Torrens river. Found great food and wine bar a short walk away.
