Hotel was within blocks of a major homeless hang out there were hundreds of homeless people all over the place. I made complaints to the front desk about the people above us pounding on the floor late and then very early in the morning. They stated they were going to call the people above me, but the noise did not stop. I had a long distance drive to do Sunday and got very minimal sleep. We were at a sporting event and looking forward to the hot tub and the hot tub was out of order when we got there. There was a nonstop barking dog in the room right next to us that I made several complaints about, but nothing changed as far as the noise . The ice machine was broken. The vending machine worked when it felt like it. On Saturday after returning to the hotel and we were exhausted, our keys had been deactivated so we had to go all the way around and have them programmed again just so we could get in the side door to get into our room. The pool was freezing cold and the second time we went down there to give it another try the light at the end of the pool was floating and still had the electrical cord attached. I did go to the front desk check out to return my keys and let them know that we stay in different hotels every other weekend and travel for sporting events and this was by far the worst experience I have had all year. The front desk lady told me she would make a note of it . I did not feel like there was any sympathy for my concerns and never an apology for our experience.
