"The pool was amazing. The staff was excellent. Lucas, Javier and Maria were simply the best. They are at Spice buffet. Only negative I can even say is the housekeeping. The bed was always made but we never knew if we would have washcloths or how many. Bathroom floor never seemed swept but all in all we were very pleased with the our stay!!"

"The resort is beautiful, house keeping was amazing. Restaurants were great, buffet was excellent. Gym, sauna and live shows were a good experience. It’s a big property and not enough carts to take you around. Room service charges you 30$ USD for a ham and cheese sandwich. No beach cause of the seaweed."

"Great resort overall. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend the resort. The only downside was the Premium Travel Club sales presentation. We were told it would take about an hour, but it ended up lasting nearly three hours. The sales team was extremely persistent, and it was difficult to leave the conversation without committing to a package. The discussion only ended after I mentioned that I would need to review everything with my lawyer, which was not received very well. My advice is to politely decline the sales presentation if you’re not genuinely interested. Aside from that experience, the resort was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"it was clean and very beautiful resort lots of walking, walkway was nice and clean the only thing we didn't like was seaweed was blocking the ocean basically no access unless you want to go through seaweed that started to fermentation and smells really bad."

"We liked it so much that we extended our stay for two nights! Food is diverse and delicious especially for a All Inclusive. Sit down restaurants are very good but you do need to book with time. Staff is so friendly and welcoming! I absolutely love the hotel. Can’t wait to be back next year! I’d have paid for the Premium package if I knew the differences before booking! Is not very clear when you book though Expedia!"
