"From the moment we arrived to the minute we left we felt so looked after. Unfortunately they resold the room we had booked and paid for - and were unable to move us to the correct room, as they were fully booked. However; they did offer us dinner in the hotel restaurant that evening, on them, which was gratefully received - and the food and wine was delicious!
