"Many small problems kept this stay from being top notch. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain well and the electrical outlets don’t work with phone chargers. They also only gave us two towels for four people and the breakfast was very crowded and not replenished quickly when something ran out."

"The hotel is extremely convenient to LAX - which is one of our selection factors. The property was clean, well managed and the facilities were fine. I want to additionally note that the staff was very honest and helpful: I accidentally left an IPAD and Bose Headphones in my nightstand and didn't realize it until I was on my flight away from LAX. I contact the hotel Lost & Found and, not only was the equipment turned in by housekeeping but they had a very efficient system for getting it FEDEXed to me. I am very grateful and I will be staying there again and obviously highly recommend this Hyatt."

"We got connecting rooms. Staff was really nice and this is the first hotel that actually have fridge that keeps stuff nice and cold. The food from the restaurant was pretty good. Shuttle service was easy to use even with strollers. The kids room was supposed to be a king bed but felt more like a full size bed. In the other room there was an area in the room that smelled like vomit but otherwise seemed very clean. Also, was very odd when I tried to take a nap I put the do not disturb sign on the door and to my surprise got an employee knocking just to say they had a dnd (do not disturb) policy that if that sign is on the door someone needs to be in the room. Very strange. Was not fun getting woken up for that. At night it was extremely loud. Anyone in the hallways or loud vehicles on the freeway."
