My family complained from the time they left the lobby (which was decent) to go to the room til the time we left. It was noisy, people going in and out of doors, yelling, and we could hear people walk above us. The mattress was like an inflatable mattress as well. The rooms were dusty and out of date. I was trying to be cheap. You definitely get what you pay for.

My room had a large rectangular hole in the middle of the carpeting covered up by another piece of carpet. I was told someone's charger had burned a hole and the room may be rehabbed next year.

We extended our stay for another night and at around 9:30 the hotel cleaning staff came by and knocked asking me if we needed the room to be cleaned and we said no. At around 11:45am the front desk staff illegally entered our room without knocking or identifying himself which is an invasion of privacy and scared us. The police have been called and are in route

Our keys didn’t work properly. We had to have them rest at least once a day. We felt like we couldn’t leave the room unless we were together because our door key never worked on the first , second or third attempt. So if the other person was t there with their key u couldn’t get in. And it was never the same key. Not sure if it was an issue with the reader or the key but it was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Even the housekeeping staff tried to help once . Took 8 tries for her to get the door open to let me in. Won’t stay here again.

Very excellent experience. The staff were cool, the room was super clean and in perfect condition. Well located. Ive definitely spent more for less, and would have even been satsified with the somewhat lower quality stay I had anticipated.

This was a terrible property to stay in. I was disappointed to have read previous reviews that were favorable before booking this hotel. Our experience was not good at all. I’ll get right to the point. The room was not clean the bathroom was disgusting and unsanitary. We stayed with our young children, as soon as you walked into the room you could see it was not well kept. The bathroom toilet had poop smeared all over the toilet seat, on the area where you sit and on the lid. The shower stall had broken fixtures and the room smelled terrible, like poop. We went to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. The hotel is not well kept from the outside, to the lobby, to the rooms. It was so late when we checked in and we had already prepaid for our stay so we couldn’t leave. We requested another room and although it didn’t smell of or have poop smeared on the toilet it was definitely not well cleaned. The hotel was non smoking but you could smell the strong cigarette and marijuana smell in the hallway. I reported this to the front desk person in the morning shift. The person apologized and denied the room was in that condition. I asked him to go see the room with me and he acted so surprised to see the room so filthy and I showed him the poop, fixtures, phone and of course the bad smell. I explained the second room wasn’t much better. As I looked around the lobby in the daylight I could see it was worse than what I had noticed when we checked in at night.

The room was dirty, the bed linen looked as if it had not been changed, slept on. When called the front desk about the room being dirty he came to look and stated they would come tomorrow whoch was not helping for the stay i paid for and i would checking out in the morning. I should receive a refund.
