Nice place to stay for price. Dining was limited due to remodeling so ate elsewhere after trying the option they had. Food was great. Area was clean. Small casino area. Staff were friendly but desk personnel when checking in was average didn't provide any info other than key and where room was, the rest of staff, bartenders, waitress, casino floor personnel really great. maids did not clean room on 2nd day, not sure why, we stayed three days. No coffee, or extra towels given or maid service on second day. Didn't ask. Overall a good experience, the room was clean and enough room. We would stay again if the dining area opens up soon, they stated maybe Friday been closed for over 6 months, not mentioned on website.

This was the most expensive place in our 2 week trip of utah and arizona. The room was stinky the casino restuarant was being remodeled. Staff didnt seem to care

No place for kids to eat currently, some desk staff were fabulous, some were rude and negative and always looked upset. The A/C works great if you like to go from hot to freezing to hot. The fridge is ICE cold and froze everything including important medications. The microwave is cheap and failed to fully cook a bag of popcorn. The pool was dirty and local teenagers broke in and were awful. There is no place to just hangout inside that isn’t your room or smokey. Also, there is no elevator and I didn’t see that clearly posted anywhere when making reservations. However I will say the food and wait staff in the lounge are fabulous!!

Check in dude was very friendly/ all the hotels around there all seem to look the same from the outside/ I think they try to keep the room maybe above the rest to justify the stars- it was nice considering the age of the area and hotels and just a basic older room / the mattress was big and comfortable- and the room was very spacious
