The toilet had not been cleaned and there were holes in the walls. The room smelled. We asked to see another room and it was no better. We told the front first we were leaving and needed a refund. The lady said she was sending in the credit right now without any hesitation. Despite this, the charge still showed up on my credit card.

What was unique about the property: the price. The bed looked nice with 4 or 5 pillows displayed nicely across the top and the bedspread was white and looked clean. The towels were white, clean, and looked new-ish. Parking was right outside of the room. It seemed like a safe place. The breakfast offered bananas & apples. -- What I didn't like about the property: the check in girl did not even say hello or smile one time. The owner did not look up from his computer when I checked in. The room was not clean; bathroom was kind of gross. The perimeter of the bathroom floor appeared very dirty. The caulk around the tub and wall was pealing. The shower curtain was clean. There was a black hair on the top of the paper coffee lid stack. There was some kind of red something smeared on the floor next to the bed in 3 smears. When you sat on the bed, it made a big metal sound and dropped 2'-3" on one side. The pillows were so overstuffed, that I did not use them. The breakfast was ok. People seemed to love the waffle maker. There weren't any breakfast items that did not have sugar only pastries, muffins, sugar cereal. No eggs, oatmeal, or anything without sugar. I probably will not stay here again.

This is the worst dump I have ever stayed in. The room smelled like mold. There were stains on the towels and the tile in the floor was separated. The air conditioner did not work at all and only blew moldy smelling air. The door in the bathroom had a kicked in spot and well as a huge gash beside the tub. The sheets smelled dirty. I knew I was in trouble when I checked in and the girl wouldn’t even stop eating her food as she was talking to me with an open mouth. The checkout was even worse as the guy was trying to put on fake eyelashes and when I asked for help told me, “you’re just gonna have to wait until I get these set.” I asked if there was a manager on duty and he said it doesn’t matter because the manager doesn’t take complaints anyway. Just tell whoever you booked through like everybody else that stays here. I would rather sleep under a bridge than stay here again.

The room we were given was in terrible condition. Almost every piece of furniture in the room had some damage to it. The walls had recently patched holes and the doors deadbolt was extremely difficult to use. The swing bar door guard was completely broken off so we never truly felt like we could lock the door properly. The fridge in the room appeared to have been stabbed or punctured all the way through the door. All of the linens either had stains or holes in it. Over all we just felt unsafe and gross the one night we stayed before we canceled and found a new hotel.
