“Lovely anniversary escape”

The staff are relaxed and friendly. The hotel food and drinks were wonderful. Everything was perfect with our stay.

“Service out ways the room age”

The service at Beach Club is 5 star. Every details is taken care of and the front of house staff work so hard to drive guests around the island and work the front desk. I have stayed in other 5 star hotels and the rooms are not as good here but the service is much better than the other hotels. The bathrooms are the sticking point they really need a refresh as they are out of date. Really enjoyed my time at Beach Club and will be returning.

“Romantic getaway”

We decided to take a short break to celebrate our wedding anniversary and decided that the Whitsundays would be the perfect destination. The Beach Club looked like just the place for us and the pictures looked stunning. What can I say the hotel and the stay absolutely exceeded our expectations. The location couldn't be better right on the beach with all rooms opening onto the breath takingly beautiful beach. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful with no request too much for them to deal with. I would highly recommend this resort!!

Fabulous stay. Not the cheapest holiday we have been on, but worth the extra cost. Staff very helpful, hotel quiet and relaxing. Lovely pool and beach. Breakfast was amazing each morning. Some complaints on tripadvisor about dated rooms . Disagree.

Had a brilliant stay , we loved the peaceful surrounds and having breakfast looking out over the infinity pool with the island s as a backdrop fantastic relaxed holiday ,it has made us realise we dont have to travel long distances to enjoy a break ,we will be spending more time in QLD from now on

“Fantastic!”

After reading some reviews of the hotel on expedia we were a little concerned with the value of service for our money but we were absolutely blown away by the beach club. It was private, intimate and extremely accommodating. Our room was perfect on ground level where we could see the ocean from our bed and walk mere steps from our porch to the sand. Food was exquisite whether it was for breakfast lunch or dinner, enough so that we took part in the on the beach dining experience one night. Very pricy, but well worth it for the ambience. Our waitress was fantastic! From airport transfers to room service everything was impeccable. We will definitely be back, and as soon as we can be!

“Instantly relaxing”

We stayed at Beach Club on honeymoon from 10-17 Dec 2012 and had a highly enjoyable experience. All the time consuming, tedious and tiring elements of traveling and being away from home were all removed. The staff were all committed to making it an enjoyable stay, taking personal pride in this. We felt instantly relaxed.

“Great Service, Great Hotel”

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food at the restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool area was lovely and never over crowded. We had an amazing time and very relaxing. Highly recommend.

“Beach Club”

Wonderful holiday, lovely quiet, relaxing. The staff couldn't be more helpful and pleasant. Initially we were in ground floor room which did have ocean views but were a little restricted by hedging and gardens. We asked for an upstairs room and they moved us, beautiful views there. Food was exceptional was pricey but everything on Hamilton Island is pricey.
