"The cottage was very much a home away from home, especially for our young kids. We were able to use the bus to get around easily, and essentials were close by. The property was lovely and clean with everything we needed, as well as some extra touches that were very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property!"

"Met with lifelong friends for the weekend. Weather was beautiful, so we were able to enjoy the backyard space. Your cottage was a perfect central location for us since we came from different states. We’re hoping to make this an annual gathering! FYI-the hall bathroom toilet runs continuously and we’re a little concerned about your foundation to the right of the front door."

"My impression is that this is a VRBO "in process." It was nice, clean and quiet but needs some care. The floors throughout where very bouncing and in the bedroom it felt in places like we might fall through. The living room needs a different couch set up as it was not easy to congregate on the couch set up. The kitchen chairs must be replaced, they actually hurt to set in as the seats were not good. Having said that, it's a great, quiet location by a lovely stream. Not as nice as expected, but...

"We enjoyed our stay, it’s close to downtown but not in the craziness of the city. Easy Lyft ride to downtown but Nashville East was more our style for nicer restaurants and cocktails and coffee shops. The cottage was small but we were only there to sleep so it fit our needs perfectly. Cute house, clean and had off street parking with gated driveway. The owner was easy to communicate with as well. We would stay here again."

"The cottage was very clean. Well stocked with items. The only thing we didn’t find was a can opener. No big deal. My sister let me borrow one. Very quiet and peaceful. We loved it. The place is well decorated with antiques. It had a lovely rustic charm. In fact they can decorate my house if they like. lol Any time I go visit my sister I would without a doubt stay at that cottage. If they allow us of course. The creek was nice to have. My dog played in it multiple times. They even have little...

"You'll have no regrets staying here. All the amenities you could need in a cozy and safe cottage. A short drive to all of the Nashville hot spots. Broadway, Grand Ole Opry, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena. Most Uber/Lyft rides were $10-15, with only a few around $20. Jim and Tina felt like old family friends who were kind and accommodating. Highly recommend for anybody wanting to be close to the action without being in it and wanting an affordable comfortable stay. Would stay again!"
