Great B&B in Whitehall
Excellent Breakfast, comfortable and clean bedroom, Very appealing decor in an old historic home. Excellent location next to the city center. Hosts were helpful and accommodating. The tea/coffee with home-made brownies was available at all hours

Weekend getaway

Michigan Summer Vacation
Enjoyed a wonderful stay with Cathy and Ron: stayed in Mariner Room. Beautifully decorated, very clean, bed was so comfortable. Great sleep with window open and ceiling fan on. Delicious breakfast of fresh fruit and French toast with fresh blueberries on top. Cathy was very knowledgeable about the area and was fun to visit with. Thanks for a relaxing stay. Close to family and charming neighborhood
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Hosts were friendly and helpful. House was lovely and breakfast was delicious. Will recommend to other family members attending this annual family reunion. Managed to see a show at the theater across the street. Had a great experience.

this b and b was one of the best i have stayed in. the innkeeper was so friendly and the directions for our motorcycle ride to the north of michigan was spot on. next trip i will start it there.

My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting White Swan Inn for 3 days. The owners Cathy and Ron gave us the BEST stay in a hotel ever, period. Don't stay for just one night, treat yourself with a few more .....

How close to perfect can you get?
This is a charming B&B in the equally charming town of Whitehall. The 1883 home has been restored to its original grandeur, but with all the modern comforts. Everything was sparkling clean and in perfect order, with attention to the slightest detail. The owners are delightful people and very attentive to their guests, and the breakfast was excellent. The White Swan is an excellent place for a romantic retreat, or just for someone who wants to spend a quiet and comfortable evening.

A Great Play to Stay
Our stay at the White Swan Inn Bed and Breakfast was just such a wonderful experience. Cathy and Ron were so nice and hospitable and the food was so tasty and unique. Cathy is really a great cook!! We also appreciated the modern accommodations for such an old beautiful vintage home; Flat Screen TV, Pillow Top Bed, etc. We really appreciated the stocked refrigerator and coffee maker right outside our room. And thanks for the snacks that were left for us when we checked in late; it was a tasty treat after traveling all day. Thanks for such a wonderful and relaxing stay!!

nice getaway for couples
Breakfast is tailored to individual needs; vegan, gluten free, kosher, halal, specific allergies, or any combination thereof is not a problem! And it is served when you want it throughout the morning. The food was delicious, the pastries were all homemade, and most of the produce was locally grown. The house itself is a stately, rambling house just a few blocks from downtown, directly across the street from the Howmet playhouse. The owners, Cathy and Ron are very sweet, caring hosts. I look forward to going back next summer!

One of the Best B&Bs Ever!
My fiancee and I stayed here over New Years while in town to visit family. We stayed in the Mariner room and could not have been happier. The room and house were beautiful and well maintained, the food was delicious and Kathy and Ron were fantastic hosts. Everything was perfect, I can find literally no fault with anything. We will definitely be returning!

Great place! Can't say enough. Kind owners, nice kitties, great neighborhood with good food close by. We'll stay again if in that area.
