"The pull out bed was terrible. It was very old and uncomfortable. I wouldn't call this a family spot based on the guests we shared with. Breakfast was good. Location was good."

"The rooms are really nice, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is not very warm or inviting. Even after multiple stays, I never feel welcomed as a returning guest, which takes away from the overall experience. I also had a disappointing experience at the lobby bar. I waited about 10 minutes for service and was never acknowledged or helped. Better attention to guests in both the lobby and bar areas would go a long way toward matching the quality of the accommodations."
