It was generous of the hotel to offer daily early evening cocktails. However, it would have been nice and welcoming to mix it up and offer something different once in a while instead of the same drink day in, day out. Very nice to have a doorman to open the door when you're coming in from the hot weather. Staff at the front desk was friendly, but would be nice to have a single person identified as the official "concierge" to field questions from the guests. We've asked the ladies at the desk with transportation questions, they would turn to the computer and says, let me find out. Of course, this could easily have been done by the guest in advance. At other hotels which we stayed, when I ask the concierge where can i can bus to this place, they would point me in the right direction, step by step with each street name. Gave me some restaurants recommendations along the way.
My biggest complain is the size of the bathroom, or should I say the size of my home closet. It's definitely can be described as minimal. I'm 5'3" and when sitting on the toilet, I can extended my "elbows" and can touch the shower door with one elbow and the sink counter with the other. Water leaks and floods the floor during the shower and I really dislike have to step out of the shower to step on wet towers. Overall, mixed feelings about this hotel Have some good points and some not and I think the not good points outweight the bad, so I'd probably would not recommend this hotel to friends
