"The amenities listed on the Expedia app were inaccurate. I booked this hotel specifically for its convenience and because it advertised a pool. However, upon check-in, the front desk informed me that the pool was not in working order. The pool was fully drained and under construction/maintenance.. meaning they were aware of this ongoing project for quite some time. This was extremely disappointing and was false advertising.
To make matters worse, the non-smoking room had a strong odor that suggested it had been smoked in recently. Between the inaccurate amenities and the condition of the room, the stay did not meet expectations."
