"We have stayed here before, but this time can't give it 5 stars. The hallway was noisy late at night with kids running down it yelling and then we were close to the concierge dining and they began setting up early in the morning, talking in the hallway. Also, heard the valet parking crew pushing car remotes to find the cars at 3 am. Then the room alarm clock went of at 4 a.m.!!! Can the house keepers just make sure they are turned off so the guest doesn't get a surprise wake up alarm they don't want!!! Didn't get much sleep. Then two times we went in for breakfast and they only had white toast. I might be able to understand one time as it was 20 minutes until close but the second time was 50 minutes!!! Rethinking our next stay. This is a nice hotel with a good location, but this visit was not the best for us sadly."
