"Our first time to stay at Novotel and the location is ideal, just 10 min walk to Central Station. Its in the Passage, so super convenient to all shopping areas of the Hague. Great breakfast! When we first arrived I thought the room was a but small bc we had paid extra for a larger room, but as the week went on we got used to it. The parking garage is a bit tricky, but we always found a space for our car. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay in The Hague. "

"Stay was great, so was the breakfast each morning. The only down side was the 35 euros per day, we had to pay for parking. We would have liked to know that ahead of time. As we have not travelled since before Covid we also are surprised that beds are not being made everyday and that the only thing that seems to be done is that the garbages are emptied. Even the coffee cups are not replaced with clean ones. "

"No one present for check in - felt a bit ‘cold’ - not temperature. Just feeling. No tea & coffee making facilities apart from an extortionately priced vending machine. Also my room was room 1 which was right by the front door, so I heard EVERY guest arrriving, even at 2 & 3 am. The bedroom, shower & room generally was fantastic however so these are just niggles. For the price, it was good value. "
