"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...

"We only had one night in Ribe with our two teenage children, so wanted accommodations with plenty of space. Storkesøen was perfect! We had a large a-frame cabin with three bedrooms and a full kitchen. it was so nice to hit the grocery store and be able to come back and make dinner and breakfast. "Heidi’s place is just perfect in every way. The location is a dream - just the view out the window is dreamy. You’re right in the middle of all the wonderfulness that is Ribe. The place is immaculate and well furnished and warm …. As mentioned in other reviews, if steep stairs between bedroom and bathroom are not your thing, this place won’t be for you. But we were immensely happy here and would stay again absolutely. "

"Wir wollten über Silvester mit unseren Kindern einen Kurztrip machen. Dieser stellte sich leider als Katastrophe raus. Gebucht war Kolding, als wir dort ankamen brach direkt der Türgriff ab. Ein Mitarbeiter kam und konnte uns nicht helfen uns wurde dann ein neues Haus in Fredericia zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Campingplatz sowie die Umgebung ist schön. Leider war das Haus in einem absolut schlechten Zustand. Die Sauberkeit war so unterirdisch, dass wir los gefahren sind und Putzmittel gekauft...

Jeg har boet på værelse 24 og 25, og begge værelser/lejligheder står snurre lige hver gang. "Lovely hotel opposite the train station and very close to the attractions, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the castle, lake, shops, town, etc, which makes this a perfect location. The room was great, shower wonderful and the bed was super comfortable. I liked the huge windows, the desk space and the comfy chair. Everywhere was modern and spotlessly clean.
