Comfortable bed, clean room. Deep concern at chech in time. Account number incorrect for payment for registration. Smokey room. ( but i didnt ask for non smoking either, usually that's a given). Tub fixtures functionality poor. I wiped down counters and shower walls and curtain with peppermint oul to help with odor. Didnt use air or heat because of smoke smell there. Burn holes on sheets on bed. Bedding was clean. Animal hair on sofa. I felt i got what I paid for..

DO NOT BOOK HERE. NOT ONLY ARE THEIR ROOMS HORRIBLE,THEY LIE ON THE LISTING ON PET FEES. This was the most nightmare experience I have ever had in a hotel booking. The room we were originally given was one of the worse rooms we had ever seen we were out of there in less then 5 minutes. The white towels has black stains over them. The metal shower head was red. The bed had both burn and stains marks on the outer and inner sheets. The couch had the same. The dryer was broken and there was a dead cockroach in the corner. We called the front desk from the room and they originally said they had no other rooms available. Then, we took pictures and showed them the room, they then magically had other options available. Then we tried another room. It was ... acceptable but still run down. The problem then just got way worse. So we moved our things to this new room, while I was getting the last things from the old room he then harassed and berated my wife for not giving the old room key. The old room key we only had one of and she repeatedly told him she didn't have it, my husband does and is IN THE ROOOM NOW. Then, after that fiasco he said he was charging an extra pet fee. And not only that but he was being generous by allowing the cats because they don't allow cats. They did NOT disclose this on their listing. I'm out of characters but there was even more. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Nasty dirty, I put new socks on walked to the bathroom and back, they were black. Zero hot water in the shower, sink had it but mixing valve in tub is bad. Sheets were stained and had cigarette burn holes. Hair dryer did not work, in addition it had exposed wire nuts from a previous cord splice, which I believe is code violation. Walls were extremely filthy. The air conditioner didnt cool, took until morning to cool off the room, it was cooler outside than in the room.

This property smelled like cigarettes. People hanging outside your door smoking. Property not taken care of trash on stairs. Walk wsy to your room. I asked for a full refund

Room was not as pictured in photo. Was very dreary and had a smell. Blankets and sheets were very old. There was food behind the bed and under it. Found dead cockroach on the floor.

Great Customer Service, was upgraded!
Great stay. The first room I was booked into had not been cleaned, which happens. The front desk person just upgraded me to a better room on the first level. That's excellent customer service. The room was spacious and clean. The location was great and the price was less then anywhere else in town. The clerk in the morning was also very nice at check out. Finally, I really appreciate the hotel chains that have the Bible in the room, it's the first thing I look for. It just gives me peace of mind....

Ok...but not the best
Ok hotel for overnight, but I needed two nights for moms funeral. Room was not sparkle clean. But was clean. I had to rinse sink as something was in it. Room appeared to be kinda dusty. Maybe not used lately... downstairs rooms with 2 beds had laminate floors so I assumed all rooms had laminate.....wrong.....I did not ask....boooked room with one bed ...and boom....upstairs....old carpet. .yuck! 1st night.....arrest was made downstairs....police surrounded cars.....had canine unit. Excitement!

The room overall was clean. That was until I took a shower and the drain was not working properly. Leaving me sanding 4"of water. The cockroach was not a good sign either.

Hardwood floors. low cost for pets. Near highway and main town, road made ease of access to eating facilities and such but also increases traffic noise if that sort of thing bothers you.

Someone entered our room
Someone entered our room while we were out, and either took our dog, or let him out. The frint desk refused to help, and insisted no one had went into our room. The local police said they've had a lot of calls here because of customers having their rooms entered, and advised not to stay here because of the amount of incidences. The sheets were stained and the furniture was gross.

I like that it was conveniently located. I didn't like that the non-smoking room smelled like a chain smoking room and when it was addressed to staff, I was offered to switch rooms (that was nice) and was told they were all supposed to be non-smoking rooms with no apology. The place is old and I cleaned better than housekeeping which is usually the case, but found lack of care in the cleanliness of the room. I called to ask about checking out early and spoke to someone who didn't speak English well and couldn't communicate with me, so I offered to call back later. I've stayed at a very nice Econo Lodge in the past. I left not feeling well from sleeping in that smoky smelling room. Lesson learned!

Nice place to stay while in Vincennes.
I loved this place, and the price was right, only thing missing was a coffee pot in the room but they had coffee in the lobby.

Check out was 11am and we were told that upon check in and it was on the site and when reservations were made. All of this is great however at 10:07am housekeeping man knocked on the door telling us yet again check out at 11. Definitely felt like they wanted us out. He wasnt rude just didnt feel it necessary!!

Black Mold!!!
Staff was rude, blamed me for them not bothering to check the details on my online booking. The worst was not being able to shower since all the black mold in bathroom was more then worry some!

Third night there and the chain on the toilet broke. The gal came down and actually wanted us to put our hands in the toilet and fish out the chain everytime we needed to flush. I finally had to get snippy with her and she changed our room.

We're GNAT gonna stay here again!
Our recent visit included the rental of two rooms to accommodate a crew of four. Unfortunately, the accommodations were LESS than inviting as BOTH rooms seemed overrun by gnats.The staff was attentive to our requests to relocate rooms (for which we were grateful) however, it didn't matter very much as the next two rooms we occupied were ALSO overrun with gnats. We have bookmarked this as a place to never book with again. again, the staff was accommodating and the location was decent but the very fact that we could not rest easy after a hard days work because of the persistent annoyance of the gnats, we would just do well not to put ourselves in that position again.

Very noisy plus a group of men were partying with their chairs from the hotel room outside in front of the room which was two doors away from mine. Very annoying. As a woman staying by myself I was not at all comfortable.
