“A GEM OF A HOTEL IN THE HEART OF VIENNA - BEST BEST LOCATION!”

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU COULD NOT GET A BETTER LOCATION! RIGHT IN THE HEART OF THE INNERSTADT -VIENNA. THE HOTEL STAFF IS BEYOND NICE. SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY THE BREAKFAST BUFFET IS DELICIOUS AND THEY SERVE UNTIL 11:00AM WHICH IS QUITE ACCOMMODATING THE ROOMS COME WITH FREE INTERNET (WIRELESS) I HAD A SINGLE ROOM AND IT WAS QUITE SPACIOUS AND THE BATHROOM WAS LARGER THAN AVERAGE. I AM VERY SELECTIVE AND AGAIN, THIS HOTEL TOTALLY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. FOR THE VALUE...YOU CAN NOT DO BETTER. MINUTES FROM RESTAURANTS, THE MAIN PROMENADE, THE OPERA HOUSE, SUBWA.Y AND THE CATHEDRAL. HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND THE ROOMS WERE SPOTLESS. I WOULD ABOSLUTELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

“Comfortable, central, friendly”

The hotel is in a great position close to Stephansdom, but the street is quiet. The room was well furnished, very clean and comfortable. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The quality of the breakfast was excellent. There was a generous range of cold meat, cheese, bread and fruit. It is excellent for a short stay in Vienna.

“Great location and service”

We have stayed in Vienna four times in the last five years, twice now, in February 2010 and in April 2011, at the Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth. The location, a few paces off the main pedestrian street, very close to the cathedral and the downtown subway station, is great for all inner city attractions and activities, as well as for transportation to other areas of the city and to the airport. Our rooms have been large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is superior, but what has brought us back again, when we could have gone to quite comfortable and less expensive places where we have stayed before in the center city, is the polite and courtly staff at the front desk. They have made it seem like a more gracious home away from home, one with very high ceilings in a building whose guest list goes back to Mozart. Lodging at the center of the city is not cheap, but there are both less expensive and much more costly accommodations to be had in downtown Vienna. This one is just right.

This is a lovely hotel in a terrific location in the very center of Old Town Vienna. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable.

This is a boutique hotel in the middle of Old Vienna. Stroll to restaurants just outsid your doorway. Highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect if you like a bit of formality. Rooms delightful with reading lamps, good chair, wood floors and oriental carpers. Location ideal. Service available all day in well decorated lounge in addition to breakfast. The best of Europe.

“Great hotel”

From the minute we walked through the door we felt comfortable and welcomed. They were always helpful with anything we needed and happy to answer any questions. The whole hotel was spotless and rooms were very comfortable. We had a superior room and it was very big. Breakfast was excellent, offering good variety for european hotel and plentiful. Position of the hotel is perfect if catching train in but if driving staff park your car nearby. Parking was an extra cost. Had great beds and was extremely quiet.

This hotel is in a great position. Easy walking around many of the major sights in Vienna. Front desk staff and ancilliary staff could not have been more helpful. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visity Vienna.
