“Overall, highly recommended!”

Pleasant and friendly check in. The only problem was with internet access,which asstated through Expedia, was supposed to be free,however it appeared to not be the case,so please double check before going ahead with booking.

Very nice hotel, close to the Metro and walking distance to a lot of places! Do not go there with a rented car as it is 42 Euros per night to park there.

Top quality hotel in an excellet location with easy access to underground and tram transport and walking distance to majority of city sights. Staff very friendly and helpful and accommodation very comfortable. Would use it again on next visit.

“Excellent Hotel !!!”

This Hotel was superb. We were given champagne as we arrived followed by an upgrade to a suite ! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The situation of the hotel was also good,it was easy to get around by tube,tram or bus. food and drink was expensive but the food was very nice.The hotel was really clean and we were ashamed to fine that the maid had tidied up all our toileteries which we has spread everywhere. Would happily recommend this hotel and will be looking to stay in a Hilton hotel again.

“Quiet and peaceful”

Close to transportation but away from main shopping areas. You can walk to some areas but better to take transit. Very quiet where this hotel is located; not in the center of town.

“Well located, modern and friendly hotel”

This Hilton is well located for the Opera house and walking around the City, but on the opposite side of the Center from the train station with train service to/from the airport (there is another Hilton neighboring the train station). The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are lucky, as I was, you may even be the Hilton Plaza's "winner of the day" which gets you an upgrade to a lovely corner suite and access to the rooftop lounge for a very different perspective on the City.

“Great”

Staff was great. Made sure I had everything I could ever need. Happened to be there on my birthday. They noticed my birthday without me saying anything and delivered champagne to my room. Made sure I knew where to go for everything an made sure the cab drivers got me to the right places. Only negative was that I had to pay 9 Euros a day for the web which considering how much I paid for the room could have been included

“Valuable sevices”

Valuable services. The staff was all very friendly, service oriented, and competent. The concierge made train reservations to Venice for us. He chose second class seats with a table between. They were excellent value. The day we left was the day of the Vienna marathon. The front desk staff gave perfect instructions on how to use the subway to avoid the marathon street closures. It was a perfect hotel experience.
