"We were pleasantly surprised by this g of a motel. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Refreshing pool and relaxing hot tub. Even Fresh cookies in the lobby. But the best part is the staff. I had read other reviews that mentioned how nice the staff is, and I have to agree. From the maintenance guy, John, to the front desk lady, Summer, everyone was very kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. If I had to complain about anything it would be the breakfast. Not my favorite. But...

"The reason I gave it a 4 stars was because when it came time to check in at 4pm they said my room still wasn’t ready but my family members that came with us her room was ready and it was the same type of room My room wasn’t ready until 5pm and the guy at the front said he was going to give me something but didn’t actually give me anything. But after that everything was great! "

"This little cabin is located in a very low key town. Liz, the manager was very helpful with dining choices and very helpful when I had a medical incident. Her suggestions kept me calm and reassured. The cabin is super clean and beds were very comfy. We basically just slept and showered there. The price and location to Sedona was worth a little drive time (15ish miles). Rimrock/Lake Montezuma even have a couple of interesting attractions. Montezuma Well and Lake Montezuma."
