New pool, new restaurant, nice beach in front the hotel, Americas Mall is 10 minutes from the hotel.

“Terrible Place”

This hotel is totally understaffed, and the personnel is extremely poorly trained..they have a serious case of bad attitude..they did not fix a problem with the telephone line in my room, and as a result of that I lost many important phone calls...I reported the problem on day 1 upon my arrival....when I left six days later the problem remained..The cleaning lady DID NOT remove the trash from the kitchennette in all those days, so it just acummulated there...not enoug towels, ugly rooms..slippery floors..no screens in windows, so it is bugs galore...just one very small a/c unit for the whole "suite"..restaurant very hot and uncomfortable..the only good point was the pool, and it had a problem with it's light that when you touched the fixture, it would give you a small shock..They were remodeling the place and I spoke to the new owners...but the personnel must be properly trained...I would not go back there.

The rooms have a small window a/c unit in the bedroom only. You cannot cool the entinre room down... Showers were horrible and hot. Bugs running around all over.
