Great location, hotel condition is very old but expected given the star rating and age. Honestly cant fault it for being a room to sleep in during our stay however it needs to be noted and honest regarding the worn down aspects of the room.

The hotel was located in a great area. It was easy to get there by boat, and close to many things. We walked to all the major sites. The room was large, however there was only one outlet in the entire room. I have a cpap to plug in when i sleep and was unable to do that. It also made it difficult to charge our phones with only one outlet. The bathroom compared to the room was very small and one of the buttons did not work. Breakfast was delicious however the dinning room was small and we had to wait in line to be able to get a table and when we did get to eat, i had to sit infront of the main hotel door. When i tried to make room at our table for our child the staff advised me that we couldnt as we were blocking the door. I had only moved the table about 2 inches to allow the chair to move and dont feel that we blocked it anymore than before. Overall, the room was large and as advertised although the lack of outlets a problem, the breakfast was delicious and the location was excellent.

Honestly kind of gross af. Doesn’t look anything like the pictures. The bed is relatively comfy but the rooms are super hot and also very dated- don’t stay here if you can avoid it.

Very good location. Close to the local water bus station. Nice scenery and very clean. The hotel beds were really uncomfortable because the mattresses were so thin. The pillows were like sleeping on a bed sheet again very thin. The WiFi never worked which was very disappointing as we booked the hotel because of working away from home and needing WiFi. When we asked at reception about the WiFi we was given a lot of excuses but everyday there was no signal at all on three separate devices.

I like, how the room was clean. However, it was bad due to bed bugs biting you. I had to figure out on my own; how to keep the electricity on in the room. I had to figure out the cable. I told the Bella Arti Hotel, who happens to be managing the property, it yellow building and it has construction surrounding. The address is wrong on orbits. I would like half of my money back

An adventurous hotel trip.
Very interesting experience finding the hotel, the only indication was a sheet of paper written in Italian only telling you too book in at hotel across the road. Then you had to play the guessing game of where your room was as no directions given at fron desk.

Mediocre hotel at best.
The front desk personnel were rude and unhelpful. The breakfast was mediocre at best and the workers in the breakfast area were also rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I WILL never stay there again. Shame, but Venice has tons of options when it comes to hotels so no sweat there.

Not in my wildest dreams, I would have imagined a hotel without staff in the building. No reception in the building, instead we have to go to the opposite hotel Arti for anything. The rooms were nice but the building has the haunted feeling to it. to the extent that other clients were smoking inside the building.

Budget but clean and comfortable
Room was clean and comfortable even if decor is a bit dated. Was very hot during our visit but aircon worked well. Hotel staff all friendly and approachable. Breakfast was great and it was nice to sit in the courtyard (but mind the pigeons, they can be pesky!). Away from the super busy tourist area which was great and close to the Peggy Guggenheim gallery. Lots of little places to eat nearby.

I had to read customer reviews to find out to check in at sister hotel across the street, otherwise all was good. Breakfast was plentiful with courteous staff. Overall good. Mosquitoes are plentiful at night so windows had to remain sadly closed due to no screens. ...

Good stay. The hotel is across from a school, so the kids’ voices will charm you in the morning. Breakfast was fine. Nothing to write home about, but no particular complaints.

Great time in Venizia
Good: The location was near side of the water so location wise, it was excellent. Near shops and boat bus. Easy access to the other parts of the area. Near the water front so relaxing at night in the seafront was great. No need to hurry back to the hotel. Safe area. Friendly staff. Room cleaning daily. Good price. Could do better in: Wifi connection was not the best. Able to browse some website. Do not expect to have your high resolution photos upload/download. Hotel bed was combination of two single bed with two single mattress. It would be better if the mattress used was a double size mattress even if there were two bed. Unable to move to the middle due to the two single mattress gap. One double size mattress would have been comfortable on top of the two single bed would be wonderful.. Not many staff was able to speak English. Overall, very pleased with the stay.

Good breakfast, good price for the service and instalations. About 15 min walk from San Marco. Very quiet location, clean room and new. Confortable beds and bathroom alright. No problems at all with my stay

Great hotel location.
We stayed here for a week and the location was great. The room we had was spacious and quite comfortable and the staff were always happy to help. There are cafes and restaurants close to the hotel and would stay here again. As we were on a sightseeing holiday we didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel but the bed was made every day and the breakfast was varied and satisfying.

Hotel is not good
Hotel check in procedure is not good ,room was very hot in the night ,bed full of bugs ,I literally saw buds on bed not able to sleep over night not worth for money ,toilets were clean ,can stay one day but it's too expensive ,I did late check out for 1 hour they charge me 30 euros I don't really suggest this hotel ,
