"I chose this hotel based on great reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. I decided to stay on the dividend floor instead of paying extra for breakfast. This option was probably more expensive than a standard room with breakfast. But service on the dividend floor was great and daily snacks, wine, and breakfast parfaits were perfect. I was a little disappointed that the “lounge” on this floor was a normal room with no windows. But the location and everything else made up for it. I also left many personal items in a drawer in the bedside table and the hotel promptly called me back to say they had them. I wasn’t worried about the hotel holding everything for an extra day. That kind of reassurance comes with an excellent hotel and service."
