“Disappointing !”
Having stayed for 4 days at the aparthotel, we were actually quite satisfied with general service, quality, value for money and situation. However when the time came to pack my bags, I realised that a pouch full of electrical chargers and tools had disappeared. Being late at night, I complained to the front desk but understandably they could not do much at midnight. As we departed very early the next morning, we agreed I would send a full report by email the following day describing the missing articles, which I did. Since them, unfortunately, no responce. It is not the replacement value which concerns me but the lack of feedback and some kind of apology.
“Clean, but far from everything”
The room was bigger than we expected. The kitchen was missing a lot of the eating utensils, glasses were spotty, the nice part was having a laundry room on site and it was close to a shopping shopping but about a 20-30 minute drive from downtown Valencia. Be careful when trying to find the hotel as it is confusing with another one across the street with the same name but owned by a different chain.
“Not impressed at all”
Apartment was very big but there were a lot of things wrong with the room. Beds were rock hard, corner showers with no doors so when you showered the entire room got wet. To separate doors to patio but you couldn't go out either of them because they came off the hinges when you tried to open them. We informed the front desk of these things right after check in but nothing was changed, we were not given a new room nor did they come fix them. 10 minute taxi drive to Aquarium but you can't walk because it's all highway, 15 minute walk to nearest metro entrance. It's a $25 Euro taxi ride from the airport to this hotel
