There is better
The beds are awful old and hard has a rock, the first room we could feel the springs and the second much too hard, old hotel that needs TLC.

Dishonest leanin staff.
The building is beautiful, the attention at the reception is fine, the only thing that was not satisfactory was that a DKN jacket (Dona Karan) and an evening dress from my wife were mysteriously lost from the room, I spoke with the receptionist and just denied it What happened and she kept quiet, I did not expect payment for the clothes, I expected at least an apology and that they take into account that their staff is not honest or trustworthy, I would definitely not stay there again, and if you u stay, be careful with your belongings .

Tenemos entendido que se dio cuenta de la pérdida hasta llegar a su destino pero en el Hotel no pasaron ningún reporte de algún olvido a recepción, lo cual se nos hizo raro porque nuestro equpo de trabajo reporta todo por muy pequeño que sea. Nuestras trabajadoras han sido leal a nuestro hotel por más de 10 años siguiendo siempre nuestros valores y por supuesto teniendo en cuenta nuestra misión y visión. Agradecemos que se haya comunicado con nosotros, la retroalimentación de nuestros clientes es muy importante para nosotros ya que es la manera más efectiva de mejorar nuestros servicios. Le extendemos nuestras disculpas por el incidente ocurrido. Para nuestra reunión con el equipo de operaciones tomaremos en cuenta lo sucedido tanto el trabajo de las camaristas como la atención a clientes que se le brindó en recepción. This Hotel is Unique has everything is not a 5 stars but is clean good location front of the main plaza of the Mercado d antojitos of the main church and you can feel safe to walk to Parque Nacional beautiful also this hotel interior has a gorgeous decoration (statues, livecage birds 🐦 you will feel in the forest in the city

Estimado huésped, gracias por sus comentarios los cuales nos ayudan para mejorar, lamentamos mucho lo del ruido que comenta, nos ayudaría mucho si nos informara en que habitación estuvo hospedado, y con respecto a lo del desayuno, saber que días, por que los lunes no hay servicio en el Restaurante (es su día de descanso), lo invitamos a regresar nuevamente y mejorar su estancia.

I like the Artes they have there. But I hope in my next reservation they have the bed I need. I need a King bed. And telephone and dry hair and griddle and small refrigerador last time I have everything that’s the reason I picked. This Hotel But. And this time they don’t have the same. Room. That’s the reason I stay only 1 night I have other reservations there is going on last week of July for 6 nights

Muchas gracias por sus comentarios, esperamos que la próxima vez su habitación este como le gusta, le recomiendo que al hacer su reservación, si es por medio de expedia, solicitar hay mismo que su habitación tenga cama kin size, por la fecha, en que Ud., estuvo alojado había muchas reservaciones ya pagadas, por motivo de los grupos que vienen en semana santa, y reservan con mucha anticipación las habitaciones, espero que la próxima vez que nos visite tener disponible la habitación que Ud., necesita para atenderlo como se merece

I liked that the hotel was right on the center of the Plaza a step away from the shopping center and restaurants. I didn't like the room being next to the street as there was to much noise from the night life and cars. I didn't get to try the food from the restaurant.

Buena opción
Hotel sencillo pero muy limpio, pisos y sábanas. El detalle del agua de garrafón excelente. No puse todas las estrellas ya que había un ligero olor raro y la tv nunca la pude prender con ese control.

Las puertas de la regadera están en malas condiciones y no ponen bolsas a los botes de basura del baño, los 5 días que pase allí le estuve poniendo la bolsa al bote del baño… La única luz del cuarto es muy fuerte no hay otra luz tenue para encender y no lastimar los ojos..

Hola el hotel lo recomiendo todo bien ubicado, lo unico q tenia malas olores el baño eso fue en mi habitacion. Lo demas todo bien.

Maltrato animal dentro del hotel no me gustó
El hotel está bien decorado, las instalaciones son muy viejas y algo descuidadas y algo que me pareció pésimo es que como parte de su decoración mantienen aves vivas enjauladas eso es un maltrato animal.

La habitación es amplia, solo que en la cama sentía bichos y me dio comezón el primer día. Pero los días restantes estuvo bien. Si lo recomendaría.

Toda la decoracion es artesania tipica del lugar. Esta en el centro de la ciudad. El restaurante tiene un ambiente muy agradable, buen sabor.
