Only the Europeans in Bali are very rude and mean people,and they are very less here in this property , so it is definitely a great experience with Seres Resort.

"Beautiful place, staff were great and very helpful. There are steps to go down as the units are on terraces. There are units on flat ground at the top so if you have any hip problems or find it hard to walk down or up steps then ask to stay in the top units. I was in a unit down near the bottom and I can’t climb up stairs very well so they moved me to a top unit. It was no problem they were so helpful. They have two pools one at the top and a beautiful one down the bottom."
