Wow what can I say. What a gem. We spent 4 nights at Qunci but wished it was 4 weeks. Our villa was clean and spacious and decorated with tasteful artworks. I loved the great use of wood in the villa The high wood roof gave a great sense of space and of bringing the outside into the room. We had a king size pillowtop bed that looked out onto the balcony and the gardens beyond. The balcony had views of the garden and also down to the beach and was appointed with table and chair and sofa. The outside bathroom was spacious, clean and a dream. I loved having a shower under the stars. The villas are surrounded by lovely gardens that contain many water features and also tasteful artworks. There are 3 pools (and villas with private pools) that overlook the ocean, and there are plenty of pool beds available that all have shade umbrellas if needed. The restaurants are also overlooking the ocean. Breakfast is ordered from the menu and is delicious. This can be eaten at the restaurant or right infront of the beach on a table for 2. The staff are wonderful and helpful and always say hello with a smile. The villas are located in a quiet area in Mangsit about 6km from Senggigi. There are plenty of taxis into senggigi at a cost of about 11.000rup. We caught a taxi from airport at a cost of 170000 and return 145000 rup (1hour) but you can catch a bus from senggigi at a cost of 25000 rup (2hours) which goes from opp the art market. I loved this place and can't wait to go back.
