“Great Service and Friendly staff”

This is a great hotel in a small city. Just down the street from numerous shopping and eateries with convent access to everything. The entrance was a little tricky to find at first, but very easy to get in and out of. Staff was very friendly and very helpful for my trip. Rooms are big and very comfortable. The WiFi wasn't the best, but it's free connection. Overall I had a great time and a comfortable stay here.

“Run-down hotel.”

It was a very nice trip to Tyler. However, it was obnoxious not being able to use the balcony. What is the point of the pool view if you can't use the balcony? There weren't enough pool chairs and the guests were a bit shady.

Just went for a little getaway with my wife. Hotel was clean and nice and the staff were great. They even gave us a late check out. Enjoyed my experience.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodatinng. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. More attention could be paid to the hotel's entry. Litter and gum remains were strewn around the drive through, and the potted plants needed maintenance. The cafe service was good, but the blinds needed cleaning.

Fine, standard hotel room. Clean, no problems.
