Really disappointed. Room condition (especially bathroom) was poor - bath not draining, tiles hanging off wall, needs a redecorate. The breakfast was nice but we were sat amongst a sea of uncleared tables. The hotel is definitely only an equivalent of a 4 star - there are better in London for equal money. I would not stay here again or recommend it. Overpriced for the service.

Excellent proximity to Victoria station ( walk for a few min) for easy transport, whether it be Tube or bus. Easy to get taxis or Uber from there. The hotel’s decor is new, very modern and is bright and airy. Hotel room is comfortable overall. Its inclusion of breakfast is excellent with plenty of food items to choose from Staff was polite snd helpful. Room’s bathroom amenities is bare minimum. To me its adequate, but the white towels were very rough . There isnt power outlet on both sides of the bed so we couldnt both use a CPAP machine at the same time. It is a good choice.

lovely convenient hotel highly recommend

We were happy with our stay except for small things 1. The garbage can in the bathroom is too small and it is very useful. When you step on it, it falls forward so that it annoying to deal with everyday 2. There is no socket by the mirror on the right hand side where I can use my blow dryer or hair straightener but there are not sockets. The socket on the left hand side has the coffee maker so it is not ideal to use it coz the coffee can spill.

Good clean room. Avoid 4th floor attic rooms. The slope takes up half the tiny room. Hit our head so many times!!! But even so we would stay there again.
