"Kookaburra House was perfect for our eight night stay. Clean, comfortable, spacious, attractively decorated and superbly equipped with everything you might need. Loved the wonderful backyard garden (secure for your pups) opening directly onto bushland reserve, marvellous trees full of bellbirds, occasional visits by kangaroos and kookaburras, and just a few minutes walk to the broad, sandy beach. Off street parking for two cars, a couple of minutes drive to supermarket and local shops. Five minutes to central Merimbula. Lots of different zones - covered deck with BBQ, garden fire-pit, dedicated work zone if you need it. Kitchen so well equipped, including (capsule) coffee machine, super large gas oven, and plenty of utensils for any requirement. Pleasure to stay at Kookaburra House."
