"We checked in and the staff was extra nice. No elevator, but it was a short walk to the second floor. We're in the room for about an hour. We had not unpacked, we had some food, and I noticed roaches. Not bed bugs house roaches. We immediately packed up and left.Because I can't stay where there are roaches, they get in your clothes or suitcases, you get em home.It's too hard to get rid of them. I told the staff and he insisted, they didn't have roaches, which I had seen with my own eyes. They didn't refund my money. I left and stayed at another hotel."

"This was so bad we did not stay! It was dirty, strong smell of weed and urine in the hall ways. The air conditioning was not working. Overall a really bad experience! The front desk did say they would see I was refunded and was friendly but have yet to see my refund."
