"The cabin is tucked into a beautiful, quiet setting with little to no traffic. We had 11 adults and we were all comfortable with plenty of space. The amenities were as described and the hot tub was a hit! As a whole group, the only complaint was the comfort of the beds. All of them were relatively creaky and uncomfortable, but for a couple nights they were fine. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house!"

"The Cabin was close to town, but far enough from the road to see some wildlife (fox, rabbits, etc..). Cabin was clean and comfortable for two- would definitely stay here again!!! Only slightly poor things- the porch with the jacuzzi was pretty dirty (but we didn't use it anyway), and the kitchen could have used a smaller skillet (8" or 10") for eggs, etc...A can of bug spray would be a nice touch ;)"

"The owner made us feel right at home with easy check in, check out, all amenities we wanted. She called to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Loved the screened in porch, rockers, and porch swing. It was especially relaxing as we listened to the rain on the tin roof. Very clean. Would recommend for couples or small family."

"We enjoying this little nugget of a place. Located directly on the Little River, we sat on the porch with a blanket most of our first morning listening to the river and the rain. If relaxation is what you are looking for, this is the place for you...the perfect opposite to the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. "The house was clean and nice. The driveway 100% should have been shown and notified of the damage the rain had did. We had 2 motorcycles fall on the way down because of a massive rut that formed, the entire driveway is loose gravel on steep hills with a tight corner half way up the hill, i would not recommend motorcycles at this property. Also the house lacked some pretty basic things. Extra toilet paper especially. 1 roll in each bathroom isnt nearly enough. Also i believe it should be stated...

"We had a lovely (but short!) stay here in Townsend. We got a little turned around but host had directions for us in case google maps failed :) The roads leading in and out were pretty narrow, so glad we did not meet any cars going the other way. Wish we would have had the time to do more, but would recommend to anyone traveling this way. Great price for 3 br 2 ba house, very comfortable and we loved the quiet and woodsy area."

This did not affect our stay in any way and we very much enjoyed ourselves. This property is very close the GSMNP, and many other activities. "Very clean and accommodating. The bathroom was a little tight, but manageable. Our room had a kitchenette that was stocked with dishes, soap, had a small fridge, stove top and microwave. The room looked like it was recently updated with a new bed, floor, and futon. Very comfortable. The only problem we came across was the cable on the TV didn't work, but I let them know on check out. We were so exhausted, that we didn't need the TV or else we would have brought the problem to their attention sooner. We definitely recommend and would stay again."
