The room was in great condition and the inn management / hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Just a short drive away from Capitol Reef, this motel was like an oasis where you would least expect it!

Nice, clean, up to date small hotel with friendly staff in a remote but beautiful area. No restaurants or services nearby, however.

The owner and property manager were very warm, nice people. The condition of the property was fair and adequate. I was the first customer of the season, so they needed a little time to settle in and get the place up and running. A storm passed through in the days prior to my arrival, and power around the Caineville, Capitol Reef area was down. The room with a king bed is of a good size with a small dinner table. The shower/toilet is separate from the vanity which is nice. Parking is right out front, motel style, which is very convenient, especially for those on the ground floor.

Delightful stay!
The entire experience was great! The lady that checked us in was delightful and very personable. She was informative and helpful. Our room was clean, well decorated and comfortable.

GREAT LOCATION FOR CAPITAL REEF!
The motel is perfectly located for visiting Capital Reef - very clean and super friendly- a little bit away from amenities however just a little planning and the motel location makes up for that. RECOMMEND!!!

Clean room, conveniet location if you are going to explore Capitol Reef area, small breakfast at morning (coffee, oatmeal, waffles). You have to go to nearest towns (Hanksville, Torrey) if you need a dinner or some groceries. Overall this is the perfect quite place to spend a night.

The hotel is nice, clean, & quiet. It is located in Cainesville not Torrey. It is about 15 miles past the Capital Reef visitor center on 24.

Overall, this is a nice place to stay, but don’t count on breakfast there. Very minimal offered with the continental breakfast. Plan food options because there isn’t a restaurant within 20 minutes. Very nice pet area also.

The location is in the middle of no where. It is not in Torrey it is 25 miles from there in a place called Cainesville. We arrived late because we spent time in Torrey looking for it. When we arrived the nearest place to eat was 25 miles away so needless to say we went to bed hungry. Was not pleased.

The property was honestly the only decent option according to reviews. I would say it was ok. It was clean but dated, the staff greeted us and explained the process. Breakfast was super limited-cereal, bagels/toast, oatmeal and waffles were your options coffee and tea. No water or juice. That was a little disappointing due to not being a coffee drinker.

We chose this hotel because it had positive reviews and close proximity to Capital Reef NP. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower had hot water, front desk was friendly and helpful. The closest restaurant was 20min away (in Hanksville) was the only bummer. But if you’re coming from Hanksville I would just recommend stopping and having some delicious food from any of the Hanksville restaurants prior to checking in for the night! We had come from Capitol Reef and just had to go a little further for food. My fault for not checking into that before. But was wonderful place to stay! And they do have a small breakfast and COFFEE!

When we drove up, we were a little concerned because it’s out in the middle of nowhere, and a very simple looking motel, but when we went to check in, Billie at the front desk was amazing!… She was very friendly and one of two people that work hard at this small motel! She made our stay wonderful! Our room was very clean, updated and the bed/linens were very comfortable! Breakfast was served every morning, which was toast, English muffins, cereal, and fresh waffles, which you make on your own. My only suggestion would be offer some yogurts and juices. There is no restaurant on site and the pool was closed, and spa was drained for the year. We had a very enjoyable stay, and would highly recommend this place. It’s about a 20 minute drive to Capitol Reef or the opposite direction Hanksville, where there was a great restaurant and a small market

Manager was fantastic. Very kind and got my dad and I checked in quickly and efficiently. She even took time to show us some trails near the property where you can explore and do some rock hunting. Rooms were very clean and tidy. We stayed one night on the way to Capitol reef national park. It was also a nice touch breakfast was offered, as the area doesn’t have much in the way of food nearby.

A great find in a beautiful place. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast is 2 cereals, waffle iron and some bread or English muffin for toast. Not much else. Overall a nice place.

Perfect location if you're in Capitol Reef , this is the nearest hotel right after the park. Friendly staff. Hotel looks new inside ,car is parked infront so loading/unloading stuff is easy. Everything I usually was hoping and looking for in a hotel..strong hot shower, soft large bed, dining table, clean bathroom with clean towel,shampoo and body soap also with coffee maker, microwave, ref, smart tv etc. Highly recommend this place.

This motel has very clean rooms, a small and simple breakfast but is very remote! We had to drive 80 mins round trip to grab anything to eat. So make sure you pack your cooler for this stay. Front desk lady is super sweet and doing it all by herself!

Don’t be too quick to judge a book by it’s cover
This hotel is (for lack of better words) in the middle of nowhere, so I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. The staff was excellent, the rooms were updated, and the WiFi worked (especially nice since cell reception is basically non-existent in this area.) My dad and I stayed here, and even he was surprised with what an overall good experience we had here. (I’ll be honest, we were a little nervous going into it, but it was clean, air conditioned, and well-maintained.)
