The reception area not very clean, at night we had to wait for the receptionist to show, no coffee maker in the room, we need to go to the reception area to have coffee which was always cold😑, the elevator always smells bad (dogs urine) but the room was clean and specious, i know it’s cheap but definitely they can work on some points to improve it

You cant beat the room and price. Although i wish the room had been swept a little bit better... i cant complain. Other than that great room& hotel!

Advertised to have a kitchenette but the rooms don't even come with paper cups or a coffee maker let alone pans or any utensils. when you ask the desk about this they tell you that you can buy kitchen utensils and pans from them but they're out so you can't. They advertise high speed WiFi but you actually have to pay for that as well. They're thermostat has a motion sensor that shuts off after a while so good luck keeping the room at a nice temp while you're sleeping. Asked for a do not disturb sig. And was told they were out of that.

Dirty smelly and rude not very knowledgeable and dont offer refunds even if you walk in and walk right out due to horrible cigarette smells and the room was nasty and the sheets had stains on them. Front desk lady saus she can do a refund but her boss has to approve it since they got a new system 3 days ago she gets ahold of the boss and he just says stright up we dont give refunds

Top of fridge was covered in crumbs. Hot water in the tub was plumbed reverse. My youngest was injured by the bathroom door stop. Only two devices allowed on the free wifi. No pots, pans, silverware, cups or dishwasher provided in the long term stay room with a cooking surface.

A number of minor issues. Two lights in the room didn't work. One was burned out (over the stove) and the desk lamp was missing a light bulb. Front desk said she didn't have access to replacements. Room had a strange odor. Smelled like a disagreeable scented air freshener was used. Very small, thin bath towels.

I paid for my trip in full with Expedia. I showed the front desk girl the receipt. She put a $250 hold on my credit card which I understand is the rule, but she also charged my card TWICE for a room I already paid for. When I called to alert them she was rude, unaware how to resolve the issue, and ended up hanging up on me. I will sleep outside in the rain before I ever give this hotel another dollar.

I didn't like anything about this property. My room was not ready when i arrived, i waited an hour and half before the receptionist went upstairs to get the room ready because there was no house keeping at that moment. Finally this guy( receptionist) came down and handed me the key to the room. I went to my room and found out that everything in the room was dirty, from the linens in the bedroom to bathroom, the room was not cleaned after the last left. The room smells cigarette. This receptionist lied to me he went up to clean, he didn't do nothing, he just flip over the linen, (smart ass) I wasn't happy at all

There were groups of men standing around cars in the parking lot and the air outside and inside the hotel smelled like marijuana. I believe I saw a drug deal go down. The room next to mine was blasting music and my bed looked like a cot. There were big bags of trash lying around everywhere in the hallway. The carpet was stained and the smell of the whole place was not good.

The property is new and nice…the room was dirty in my opinion…dust on everything, the counters and bed side table were gross and had stuff stuck all over them. I ended up getting clorox wipes from my car and wiping everything down. Front desk staff was nice, they did verify that we had 3 adults in our stay…that part is important because the following morning when we woke up to shower we realized there was only 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth. Having one per person based upon my reservation would’ve been nice. Someone was banging on our door and pulling on it in the middle of the night. A lot of potential if some of these things would be addressed.

Gave our room away....
We had a reservation and even sent a message via Hotels.com notifying the hotel we would need a late check in. When we arrived late last evening, we discovered our room had been given to someone else. Front desk guy looks like he was recently busted out of jail. He gave us a different room, and not once asked for our ID or confirmation information. We will never stay here and Hotels.com needs to better at communicating with guests when messages are sent to the hotel at the time of booking acknowledging things like late check in requests.

This is easily the best place I've ever stayed at in this price range and we will definitely be returning the next time we're in the area. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the price and convenience can't be beat. The water pressure in the shower was the best I've seen in a hotel and the water warmed up very quickly!! The only 3 downsides are 1, the internet isnt included in the price so you have to pay if you have more than one device or need faster speeds for gaming/streaming, and I believe they block your cellular signal because I couldn't use my phones internet the entire time unless I was pressed against the window. 2, because it's an extended stay location, the housekeeping doesn't come by as often. We had full trash bags often (family of 3 with a dog) and had to ask for a fresh bag ourselves as they came down the hall because housekeeping is (I believe?) only around each room biweekly. Which, if you're aware of that, I guess it's fine, but still would've been nice to at least be given a new bag at least every other day or so. And 3, the floors could probably stand to be cleaned a little better. I'd get out of the shower and within a couple minutes of walking around my feet were very dirty again. All of that aside, this was a great experience and we will be staying here again!

They washer and dryer soo would not work. I asked for quarters and they said they did but have any even though there is a sign outside the laundry room that they aksway have change. Also, the air conditioner was so loud all night long.
