Location is great , restaurants in walkable distance and shopping mall 5 min drive , Hotel is clean and was very convenient for our stay ( 5 min drive to university of Toledo ) .

We were very happy to check in early after a long days drive, staff was accommodating, however the room a double queen was very tired and the carpet needed either cleaning or replacing. We rented through Expedia.ca and paid295.00 compared to the night before in Knoxville a King Room for 150.00. Perhaps we were just lucky there, it just seemed like such a contrast and disappointing.

Water pressure in shower and bathroom sink were horrible! Pillows are way too soft. We had some loud people in our hallway for most of the night our first night there. We got a 5 am wake up call we never asked for we told the front desk the next morning and they did apologize however we got the call again the next morning at 5 am again…

Love this hotel chain but this is the first time we have stayed in Toledo. The carpet was old, stained and torn. Breakfast employee was gruff and came off rude and disrespectful to patrons

The bed was comfy sheets were clean and breakfast area seemed well stocked. The room was clearly showing signs of age and disrepair all of the outlets were lose and hard to get a charger to seat. The water pressure in the bathroom was awful barely a trickle and the sink hot water was a bit better than a drip. the bath products were little better then hospital products The floors in the bathroom were cleaned but clearly needed a steam moping and the carpet turned the bottom of my socks black If you can get this place for less then 60 dollars a night at that rate I would book it other wise look at the holiday in or marriott properties down the street. Sad to see hilton property going downhill so fast. The hampton brand seems to be declining at a faster rate then others

The only thing that we didn't care for is that on the night we checked in this location appeared to be completely understaffed. We had to wait at least five (maybe ten) minutes before anyone even appeared at the front counter to check us in. Breakfast was good, as normal.

My wife and I were on a romantic weekend away and choose this hotel mainly because it had a hot tub and pool. Sadly we were told the hot tub and pool area were closed on Saturday. Also we found the hotel in need of a full update. There were many animals (dogs) in the property and the room my wife and I had must have had animals recently as my allergies were horrendous. Overall we found the hotel overpriced and below standard.

Left a lot to be desired
The first room we were in the toilet handal wasn't even attached to the toilet. Then there were no directions on the phone to call front desk, so you had to guess what button to press. We received a new room but it was so gross. There were crumbs on the dresser and table, we had to get up early for surgery so we just wanted to go to bed. I went in for a shower and the floor was gross, while taking a shower there were dirty hand prints in the wall (wasn't mine). The vending machines on the floor wasn't working. We were not happy at all

DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!
Total disappointment DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Checked in- was charged a mystery extra $60- that I was told would be refunded- way to play with my money, unannounced The staff could not be bothered each time I passed the lobby- all with their heads down, on their phones. The Hot tub (a primary reason I Booked this Hilton property) NEVER WAS OPEN I was only told it would be open “in a couple of days”- when I asked every single of the (5) days I stayed at this Hilton Hotel Do Not Stay Here Disappointed/Let Down/ felt I was a burden to this hotel- where the staff could not be bothered with me & Took $100 from me, after telling me that I was going to “deposit” $40, for incidentals.
This is the sign displayed EVERY SINGLE DAY of the stay
