"First of all had to call key card was failty would not worked had to call out about 22.30 and when attended we were made to feel like a nuisance and still not working in the morning. Breakfast at 8.30 a.m foods has not been replenished, we constantly have to asked for things even a clean tea cup + cutlery. The person who seams to be in charge was very unfriendly. Lastly having stay in previous Premiere classes hotel this one was very disappointing."

"I was travelling with my elderly parents and my dog. The disabled parking bay was directly outside the main reception and our rooms were opposite each other also close to reception. All staff were very helpful and caring. Rooms were immaculate. Just a shame there were no refreshment facilities in the rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"This is an historic and beautiful property, and ideal for a family group. The swimming pool is excellent and very secure. The area is quiet and peaceful and lends itself to a safe and relaxing holiday. The hosts are very accommodating and to have a local point of contact was very helpful. "This location was ideal for us as we travel with two dogs. The room, straight off the courtyard, provided easy access and was large and well equipped.
