Had to download an app, save boarding pass to phone and print, could only print screen with QR code. "Checked in late, but Mason was great. He had an enormous task of several groups before we checked in. He handled them with composure and superior attunement to finding the best solutions for their needs as well as the issue of being booked out. We waited for a long time and he greeted us like we were his first guests. He is a different class of service! We enjoyed the room and the checkout process was so smooth. Everything turned out great. It was very clean, there were many outlets (but no USB plugs so phone chargers need a block to be able to plug in) and the shower had good pressure.
