"This was our first time staying at the Waters Edge and it was great. We chose it because of the close proximity to the Strand , restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly. We got to check in early as our room was ready. The room was lovely and clean. It looked like the bathroom had just been renovated so that was nice. Plenty of space to spread out with suitcases. A kitchenette was also handy as we were staying for a few nights. Overall it was great. And we will definitely be back. Highly recommend. "

"Very kind staff. Some fixtures could do with upgrading like peeling showerhead abd scuff marks near the entrance on the carpet, but the staff more than made up for it with their prompt service with fixing the internet and allowing us to re enter the room after checkout to retrieve things. The view that came with the room is exceptional. The attached cafe also has great and fresh offerings. The markets on Sunday is just below on flinders street. For location you cannot do better. "

"Love it. It fills everything what I'm looking for. The down part is beside kitchen staff coughs out side window slams screen door constantly. Dishes clinging co constantly. But compared to every where else I've stayed having a pet friendly room it's excellent I love it. It's my favourite motel despite a couple of things. Highly recommend "
