“Top Marks”

We can't praise the hotel and all its staff and level of service highly enough. The staff were brilliant! We only stayed 2 nights and on the last day, we signed out of the hotel but stayed around as our flight back to Edinburgh was not until the evening and left our luggage at the hotel. The weather in the Hague that day was diabolical and we were soaked through by the rain and were cold and miserable. The hotel reception staff provided us with a room for a couple of hours so that we could have a hot shower and dry ourselves off for free. Now that's what I call service! We will definitely use this hotel again - and other Novotels. Well done to all the staff and thank you so much.

“Will stay here every time”

Great location for business and I would imagine for tourists too - near good restaurants and transport. The rooms are comfortable in an unfussy way and it feels like a lot of thought has gone into catering for customers' needs. really glad to have found this hotel and will certainly stay here whenever I'm back in The Hague.

“Excellent base for a weekend stay”

This hotel was an excellent base for a weekend stay involving a work related trip to Rotterdam and late Saturday night return. Comfortable room and adequate facilities. Only ten minutes walk to the main station, good tram services right outside and just round the corner, and close to many of The Hague's main points of interest and bang in the middle of a good shopping area if it's shops you want. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Very good breakfast.

“Most convenient Hotel in The Hague - will definitely stay again++”

Overall presentation of hotel is very clean and extremely convenient. Staff was friendly and buffet breakfast was good. The only down side is the bedroom toilet was a separate room to the bathroom?? it had no sink to wash your hands, so you need to come out and into the bathroom. This has got to be the most convenient situated Hotel in the Hague. Tram stop/bus stop just outside the hotel and frequent. Tourist information is just 2 doors down. A shopping centre is joined to the hotel and there's plenty of local outdoor restaurants within 5 mins walk. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone and would definitely stay again.

“Great Hotel!”

Excellent hotel. Great staff and the breakfast was great too. The location was even nicer. Step outside the hotel and there was so much to do. A quick walk away was the Central train station. My wife and I loved the hotel. We will stay there again next year.

“Novotel, The Hague”

This hotel was all you would expect from a modern hotel. It is rather unassuming in appearance but very well located for the main shopping streets in The Hague and for the royal palace, houses of parliament and main concert hall and dance theatre. The room I stayed in was well furnished, possibly a little compact but not the smallest room I have stayed at in this region. The breakfast buffet featured a good range of cooked meats, fish, cereals, fruits and pastries, much as you would expect from any good hotel. All in all a very good modern hotel, with efficient and helpful staff and a very good location for any traveller visiting The Hague.

“Approprietness and Convenience”

ADVANTAGES: 1. Location 2. Accomodation 3. Conditions. DISADVANTAGE: 1. Limited dinner menu at the room..so much needed on first night stay, especially.
