Shower leaked but otherwise was fine. Parking free right outside. My kids managed to spill drink all over the floor at breakfast and the lady was so kind, cleared it all with no issue. "Beautiful little spa hotel, close enough to the castle, staff couldn’t do enough for you. Good sized rooms, very comfy beds, stunning views from balcony. Great breakfast. Free bikes. Only slight negative was the aircon in the bedroom. Seemed to have a mind of its own and for the most part didnt work so could be quite uncomfortable at night. I did mention it on day one and I believe it was checked so not sure why it didn’t get better. The staff are so lovely you don’t like to complain and we got by with our own portable fan but would have struggled if the weather has been hotter"
