Offering a warm welcome and very nice, friendly, attentive service and is a favorite of many of our customers. Relax and enjoy the beautiful weather by the pool, enjoy a wide selection of dishes on our buffet, but especially enjoy the warm atmosphere that characterizes us and benefit from proximity to the heart of Playa de las Americas.
Rooms
All rooms have terraces with beautiful views of the environment and provide safe, satellite TV,, minibar and other amenities. Suites also have jacuzzi and terrace with sea views and have 10 rooms for the disabled. A very comfortable because we want to make your stay most enjoyable.

“Christmas 2006 Noeila Sur Hotel”
Hotel was a good mid range 4* standard. Good value for money. 2 minor suggestions for improvement - 1)softer pillows and 2) Better breakfast juices. Service by all staff excellent.

Just returned from our 4th trip to this hotel. Convenient for all bars, restaurants and nightlife, yet in a quiet area. We stayed in a Designer Room, with nice decor and large balcony. Some of the rooms are in shade and not If you like the sun then request a room on the sunny side. Were a bit disappointed we were not given a room overlooking the pool on this occasion as we were on the outside of the hotel. Entertainment in the hotel was first class.
“typical 4 star hotel”
this was a nice hotel very typical for a 4 star standard we have stopped in worse 4 stars than this one end of the day you normally get what you pay for you want top luxury then stop in a 5 star and pay for it! would i stay again probably but i like to stop at different hotels every time.
“Brilliant for all types of holiday”
Hotel was big. had a pool with a bar. was 10 min walk to the sandy beach. staff were friendly. they all speak English. rooms were clean and comfortable with small balcony. nice power showers.
“Fine for noisy families”
Location is acceptable but the hotel is rather tired and needs painting and renovation throughout. It rained for 24 hours and they had towels and buckets everywhere due to cracks in the glass roof that had not been repaired and no drains for the water coming off the roof to go into. Food reasonable, service reasonable. Not enough sunbeds for a full hotel. The childrens play area was fine but the staff did not appreciate that maximum volume on their mike or continual music was necessary to maintain childrens interst. Every morning despite repeated requests by many guest to management and the kids staff did not result in any let up. Like being in a disco from 0900 to 1300 everyday. If you like pumped out pop fine , if you want a normal holiday atmosphere then this is not the hotel for you
“Lack of sleep!”
Hotel staff were helpful and friendly and hotel is in a convenient location. However, with building work happening on the floor above us, there was hammering all day, and then loud music all night. The bed was also very uncomfortable - not the place to go if you want to sleep!
“Not impressed”
Service at the front desk awful - keep clients checking in waiting - gave our pre-paid room away - no others available - gave us lower class room - after hours of complaining next day, they finally moved us to a room equivalent to booking. No compensation - a very bad experience.
