"The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool area was nice, and lots of space on the beach to play soccer. The only downside was that the air conditioning unit was quite loud, especially at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"We were in room #301 and let me just say it was AWESOME!!! We could sit on the balcony in the morning & watch boats coming in and going out. It was super clean and the staff was so very helpful. We wanted extra coffee & they gave us whatever we needed. Beds were super comfortable and the pool was awesome when not at the beach. Everything, beach restaurants etc are in walking distance. Would definitely recommend!"

"The Property was great, nice location close to lots of restaurants and shops. The beach is out the back door and pool area is nice as well. Staff was very attentive and greeted you when you sat at poolside. Now my dislikes: we were on on 9th Floor which you think would be awesome, but it’s the top floor and you don’t have a see thru balcony, it’s a concrete wall with a small slit for a rail to sit on top of and the chairs for the balcony are so short you can’t see the beach. You really should think about a high top chair and table for that floor since you can’t see anything. Then the AC units are right there and they are very loud so you can’t really enjoy the beach life with the AC running constantly. Also wifi is only for 2 people, why? Should be for all who stay. Second there is a Service fee they charge you for…. Ok no big deal but that services fee is for a photo, bike rental two water bottles per day?? To me you’re better off giving your Hotel Guess a Discount for Chairs and Umbrella instead! Two chairs and an umbrella cost $101 from 9am-7pm which has 10% fee as well when getting them!! To me we pay to stay at this hotel you should give a BIG discount maybe 2 chairs and umbrella for $40 a day??? That would make it more affordable for those with families that come to your resort to stay who maybe fly in and do not have these available to them. We took the Shuttle that they recommended back to airport and William was great, on time and very informative!"

"The check in & check out process were quick & efficient. The lady assisting us w/ our check in was helpful & made sure our request for ADA accommodation were considered. The rooms were spacious w/ a balcony . Very comfortable beds and we had two full bathrooms . The location was convenient , & the heated pool was up for use until 11pm for late night swimming. we highly recommend."

"This was my first time here. I was impressed from the moment I checked in. Austin was so helpful, explained all the great amenities. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great food and drinks especially at the breakfast bistro. Betsy was friendly and helpful and I looked forward to seeing her each morning. This will be the place I choose to stay every time I come back to Clearwater. 10/10"
