“Nice location”

Nice room, very friendly staff, good views over the lake and excellent pools! It was ideal as a base for visiting (when our driver was available). The only down side was the lack of variation in the Restaurant menu! There are no close by restaurants outside the resort.

“Hotel fine, staff very friendly”

The staff at this hotel were excellent and very friendly. The accommodation wasnt quite what I expected (not like the picture in the description) so slightly disappointed with it. Food was fine but not a lot of choice, we ate out a couple of times. The hotel has three pools which were very nice. Views of the lake and volocano are fantastic!

No elevator.we were staying on the 4th floor carrying our heavy luggage.

“Poor service, great views”

The check in staff were completely unhelpful, wouldn't even give me change for the tricycle, even asked in the restaurant. Staff in the restaurant totally uninterested, had to ask a waiter 3 times for the bill, in the end went and paid at the desk. Food selection poor and expensive. Marianne on reception made it a little better with her help on check out. Views great, rooms good, trying to push trips (bad). Service dire, would not return.
