"Ein schönes Ferienhaus in ausgezeichneter Lage. Von dort aus kann man sehr viel erkunden. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, alles da was man benötigt. Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Herd, Nespresso und alles an Geschirr/ Besteck was man benötigt wird. Wünschenswert wäre es jedoch, wenn die Räume alle beheizt wären. Gerade Kinderzimmer, Dusche und Schlafzimmer ohne Heizung."

"Verena was a great host. We had a large group and rented all the rooms. Everything was perfect in the house. As to location, it’s great. The train station is across the street. A restaurant is next door. The lake is across the train tracks. And the views from every window is fantastic. Highly recommended."

The property was spacious enough to easily accommodate the 12 people in our party, and it's location allowed easy access to Solothurn as well as access via train to skiing in the Alps. Vinzenz was very easy to communicate with and helpful leading up to the stay, providing information on local events and attractions. Afterwards he has posted a few items we forgot back to us. 10/10 would love to stay here again!"

"Old beauty (1911) with gorgeous floor plan in a very good area near Zurich (enjoyable trip on a boat to Zurich center, about 20 min, boat station is 10min away). A lake view from the “garden” room (glass surrounded room outside the mainframe of the house) is breathtaking! Unfortunately, the 1950s house updates (and more recent plastic floors) are making it not so perfect: no air conditioner (we stayed there with +36C heat wave for a whole week!! - it was very uncomfortable…), old cabinets,...

Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht.
